Trevor G. Spiers
CO-FOUNDER
Trevor served honorably in the United States Marine Corps as an infantryman. In addition to being the recipient of many awards, he was an honor grad from Marine Corps boot camp in Paris Island, South Carolina, and Marine Combat Instructor of Water Survival school in Kaneohe, Hawaii. After his service, Trevor graduated from Virginia Wesleyan University where he played lacrosse for the Marlins and captained the team in his senior year.

Trevor has been a long-time respected developer involved in the construction of over a thousand homes in Hampton Roads serving in all capacities, such as negotiation, purchase, financing, construction, and sale. Over the last several years Trevor has been involved with the largest developments in the City of Norfolk from the creation of the concept to its successful purchase negotiation and eventual sellout.

Trevor has developed an expertise in purchasing property from municipalities and all the delicate navigation that comes with that. In 2018 he successfully co-created Pathway Realty Group, a private equity company focused on ground up development.

Trevor lives in Virginia Beach and is an avid surfer, traveler, and golfer. He spends his personal time with his children Rhea Lynn and Ryder who attend Catholic High School as well as his fiancé Jessica. Trevor has been a travel coach for many youth hockey and lacrosse teams and serves his community as a member of The Marine Corps League and Guys Doing Good.
Peter Vassiliou
CO-FOUNDER
With 26 years of commercial real estate development and sales experience, Peter brings his expertise in multifamily mixed use real estate, analyzing investment opportunities, and structuring complex projects to the Virginia marketplace.

Peter is a graduate of St. John’s University Accounting program and served as a manager in the Real Estate Transactions group for the EY Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group for 5 years before leaving to start The Vassiliou Group. TVG, is a private equity company focused on Commercial Real Estate.
​
In 2018, Peter moved his family to Virginia Beach. Coupling his New York based knowledge and his understanding of the local Hampton Roads market, he has successfully co-created Pathway Realty Group, a private equity company focused on ground up development with the ongoing goal of bettering the community.
​
Prior to co-founding Pathway, Peter developed and managed commercial mixed-use projects. In addition, his skills include underwriting and analyzing, lender collaboration, understating city and county regulations, financial budgeting and reporting, and affordable housing program knowledge.
​
Peter spends his personal time with his wife Katina and their children Stacey, Peter, and Victoria. He has coached soccer and baseball for his children and is an avid triathlete who has accomplished multiple ironman events. Peter lives in Virginia Beach and enjoys cycling, beach days, and time with family.
